You retain ownership of your data. FSQA Services acts as a processor. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the compliance records you create.

FSQA Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

The program name is FSQA Services account and support texts. Messages are account confirmations, audit reminders, and customer support — not marketing blasts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
